Freedom is just one of the benefits we’ve been given through the blood of Christ and becoming His kingdom. Freedom from and freedom too. Being in and a part of His kingdom means we have been freed from the dominion of the enemy of our souls. We have been freed from the bondage and power of sin. We have been freed from guilt and shame that has piled up over the years.
We now walk in the freedom of new life without being slaved to our past. We are freed into new experiences and unhampered access to our heavenly Father, freedom to access His presence.
The kingdom of God is a kingdom of freedom.
There is more to His kingdom than just an area of His authority. Jesus said it was the Father’s pleasure to give us the kingdom.
Gal 5:1 “It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.”
Luke 12:32 “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
