He is the source and provider of any and all of our holiness 24-365. He continually provides the holiness we need to come before Him. There is no point during the day or throughout the year when He is not sanctifying us.

But being set apart is not an exclusive thing. Anyone can be set apart by God. It’s only the avenue that is exclusive. There is only one way to be set apart by God and that is through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which man can be saved. But any one can be saved or set apart by Jehovah.
